This is the last day of Sober October - Halloween. I have not drunk since 30 Sep, and that is despite hosting a drinks event for LGBTQAI+ members of Gray's Inn, attending 2 Arsenal matches, attending several work-related evening social and networking events, and travelling for a few days to do the start of the Camino de Santiago in France / Spain (Pamplona) with friends. At the start "not drinking" involved a lot of will-power, but it is much easier now. I would like to say I feel better, but I feel quite tired, although that is also perhaps associated with late-night viewing of Celebrity Traitors, Victoria Beckham's documentary and series 3 of The Diplomat! I discovered Corona Cero, which is actually one of the best alcohol-free lagers. Thank you for any donations today x Gwynfor
