Status Update

Muay Thai (Thai boxing) has been a big part of my life for nearly 18 years. I'm already considering extending my sober October into mid-November as being booze-free benefits you when it comes to high-intensity work outs!

Muay Thai bag work and sparring at lunchtime and then clinch and an hour of boxing pad work.

Status Update

Today I trained at lunchtime for an hour (1 pm to 2 pm) then did more Muay Thai tonight! I was training from 7 pm to 9 pm so that's time well spent at the gym.

Muay Thai sparring class from 7pm to 8pm this evening was truly awesome. On average I train 5 or 6 times a week. I'll try and share photos soon!

I'm going to share some photos from Thai boxing and when I go running. Well, I will share what I did and how well it went!
